CHANEL Poudure Signée de CHANEL illuminating powder review
CHANEL SPRING 2013
Hi Everyone, so I went and had a look at CHANEL´s Spring 2013 Makeup Collection and I was in Aww ...
When I saw the collection I honestly thought there was no way the illuminating powder would look good on a darker skintone. Most of the blogs and videos I watched had mentioned that this illuminating powder would be something for medium to lighter skintones and I myself had just gone with the idea until I just decided to try it myself.
POUDRE SIGNÉE DE CHANEL is a limited edition, this is a sheer highlighting powder. Love the gorgeous embossed details with the beautiful iconic CHANEL engravings. Perfect for highlighting the cheek bones, nose or chin to capture and reflect light. This highlighter has a very delicate luminous finish. A must have in my opinion for all CHANEL fans. This illuminating powder goes for 55 €.
The illuminating powder also comes with a foam brush applicator which I am not a fan of, I think this product is best applied with a natural fiber brush (natural hair). This highlighter does not emphazize pores. I find that this product is not chalky, glittery, shimmery in comparison to their previously launched highlighters.
I noticed on lighter skin tones this highlighter is more of a beige pink finish and on my darker skin tone it is more of a gold/pink finish.
I think CHANEL has simply done it again. A five star product. I highly recommend it. Happy highlighting xoxo LB
